By using our website and providing the requested information (delivery address, phone number, and email address), you authorize us to store and use this information. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will notify you via our newsletter and post the changes on this page.

Witnesses

Using a cookie does not give anyone access to your personal information while you browse our site. In order to process your order, we need to know and remember certain parameters communicated to us by your computer; we need to know who you are and which products you are purchasing. Cookies are used solely for this purpose: to remember the duration of your visit, your identity (known through your username and password), and the contents of your shopping cart as you add items. Once you have finished shopping, this information is automatically deleted. Our cookies expire as soon as you end your session.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Order Status

Products in stock:

Orders confirmed Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM (Eastern Time) will be shipped within 2 business days. Holidays are excluded from shipping times. During extended holidays (Christmas and Construction Day), delivery times may also be longer. The connection between our system and our shipping partner can take up to 2 business days. DayDream Towels reserves the right to cancel any order that is not currently in stock.

Special order and pre-order products:

Orders for products we do not have in stock are generally shipped and received within 3 business weeks. Pre-ordered products always include an approximate delivery date. We do not guarantee delivery times. However, we work extremely hard to meet our deadlines.

By adding an in-stock product and a pre-order product to your basket, you agree to receive your delivery in one package on the latest date of the estimated delivery time of your pre-order product(s).

Transportation policy

We offer shipping throughout Canada and the United States. Typical delivery time is between 2 and 7 business days. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). We make every effort to ship your package within 2 business days of placing your order. If there is a longer delay, we will contact you.

Return policy

In the event of a return due to a defect, DayDream towels will cover the return shipping costs. We will send you a label to affix to your package. In the event of a return due to an incorrect size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please notify us before returning the product. We do not refund orders that the customer considers to have been delivered too late. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise. The product must be unwashed and unused.

Exchange policy

No product can be exchanged, except for defective products or if an error occurred during your order. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs.

Product Satisfaction Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it at your own expense within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused and undamaged. Our product satisfaction policy does not cover excessive delivery delays. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned product.

Discount policy and sale items

DayDream towels reserves the right to offer sales and discounts at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any price adjustments resulting from such changes.
